The official check-in time is from 15:00hrs. However, you may check in as soon as your room is ready, if this earlier than the standard check-in time. If your room is not ready for you on arrival, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the guesthouse while you wait.

Our standard check-out time is 10:00hrs. However, we are flexible whereever possible. A later check-out time up to 12:00hrs can be arranged free of charge upon request and subject to availability. If a later check-out time is not possible, you are most welcome to store your luggage at the guesthouse and use our bathroom facilities to change clothes etc.

Excellent breakfasts are available from sister hotels close by. Breakfasts cost DKK85 - 100 per person payable direct and must be ordered through the guesthouse the day before. Alternatively, our town's fine bakery is just a short walk away and is open from 07:00hrs. Their attached café also serves breakfast and requires no reservation.

Complimentary tea and coffee facilities are provided at the guesthouse. Shared fridges are available with chilled water and space for your private refreshments. Plates and cutlery are also available for your convenience.

Yes. A steam iron and ironing board are available to our guests. In addition, we also have a professional steam machine for dresses and suits.

Andelen has recently purchased new quality bicycles for rent. They cost DKK100 per day. Advance reservation is recommended in the high season.

Payment on arrival is accepted in cash (Danish Krone), and Visa or Mastercard subject to a 3% transaction fee. If you have made a reservation through Booking.com, your card will be charged by booking.com. Exact terms and conditions of payment to booking.com depends on the type of reservation you have made - all details are clearly communicated prior to reservation and confirmed in booking confirmations. If you prefer to pay in advance by international bank transfer, please let us know and we will send you payment instructions.

Yes. One baby bed is available free of charge. Please let us know in advance so that your room can be prepared accordingly.
